The Artist
An artist is still a funny title to me, but I guess I am one of sorts. My inpiration for much of my work definitely comes from my everyday life, be it from fabrics or paper I see or the plants Bernie tries to grow in our apartment. My favorite mediums have to be pen and ink, watercolor and charcoal – easy clean-up is one reason why I hold those over others. I feel that I might do some charcoal work soon, it has been a while and I notice I work in patterns. I was doing a lot of iron tranfers recently too.
My current project is getting this blog up and running and learning all the lingo, along with photographing all the work I have in my portfolios.
